Belgrave Square, London
Project Description
Complete refurbishment of this listed building in Belgravia with adjoining mews house spanning over six storeys and 21,000 sq. fft.

As part of the project the Basement was excavated to form a swimming pool with adjacent steam room, gym and changing area. The ceiling to the pool can be lowered to transform the pool into a dance floor.

Throughout the building a high specification of period finishes are used. This combines extensive audio visual equipment which also interfaces with the lighting control system.

Having these extensive systems installed to all areas created a high density of cabling, which had to be co-ordinated and integrated with the structure comprising of timber joists of varying sizes and at pecuilar angles.
